‘Dirty Messages’ is an awareness campaign that highlights the life threatening pollution levels commuters face on London transport.
The campaign has an interactive feature which tasks commuters to send pollution to the people with the solution. Using wet wipes attached to the posters, commuters are enabled to remove pollution from their face, sign the petition on the packaging and send their pollution coated wet wipes to Sadiq Khan (the mayor of London) as a call to demand action.
The project won Makerversity’s ‘Tools for Change Air Pollution Hack’ and ran as an exhibition at Somerset House.
